Check the Touch Overlay

  1.  Connect the CY IR Touch Overlay to a PC with Windows OS.
  2.  Open Windows app “Paint”.
  3.  Resize the drawing board and test the Touch Overlay on it.
  4.  If the IR Touch Overlay does not work, please check it by the following steps:
  • Download the tool directly via the link: https://www.cynnn.com/?bfd_download=cytouch_calebration_for_windows
  • Unzip and run the tool: CY-TouchSettingsV7.0_Win.exe in WindowsOS, change “Language”
  • Once the IR Touch Overlay is found without error, please test it on app “Paint” or  other Touch function supported software.

  • If it shows “No Device found” or the serial number is blank, please check the Touch Overlay corner and the USB cable. Re-plug the CY Touch Overlay to the computer.
  • If it shows “Errors found ……..” and shows the serial number, please send us the Screen capture of “Status”. 
  • And run Diagonsis and send the diagnosis report to us. (email: supports@cynnn.com)
